Nice post! I really think Facebook changed for better also! I think the biggest challenge is for companies to learn/understand how to use these new types of medias. Many are simply posting 'sale pitches' or their blog posts. I don't think it's the way to build a good fan base.

Businesses are rushing into these medias because the read or ear on the news that it's 'hot' but have no idea how to use these medias. Facebook, Twitter... all the same thing. If used intelligently, they can be awesome for a lot of businesses, if not, it's simply a waste of time that these companies should spend developing their business or finding new customers.

Great website and post by the way! Cheers

Hi Diana

Hmm... Not sure if I have an answer off-hand. If it's an official fan page then you should be able to see comments. Sorry I couldn't help.

Hi,

Nice article. Relating this point "Under the new model, our wall posts appear directly in our fan’s news feed, and users are able to vote up something they like and leave comments" I'm trying to know how Facebook Fan pages are.

I created a fan page but when fans publish in my wall or I publish any content in the fanpage wall it doesn't appear to my contact/fans. I did some test with some friends of mine and I don't understand why publishing comments in others Fan Page it appears in their contact newsfeed.

There's anyspecial option or something similar to know?

Thanks!!
